Like many other teenagers, Danielle became very stressed during GCSE and A level Exams. She would revise on the floor with her back hunched over and stay there for hours at a time. Her poor posture led her to having unbearable back and neck pain along with lack of sleep due to stress. Visiting physio and chiropractors she was given stretching techniques and recommended to try yoga. She brought her first Ashtanga Yoga book at 16 and began self practicing. At 17, she started attending yoga classes and found her niche.
At 21, she decided to begin her yoga journey and completed her 200hr teacher training here in the UK with a highly respected yoga school "Yoga London" one of the most successful, largest teacher training schools in Europe.
Still eager to learn more, she travelled to Rishikesh, India ‘The Capital of Yoga’ to study at ‘Shiva Yoga Peeth’ which is highly recommended by Yoga Alliance and topmost positive rated school in Rishikesh. The intensive course of 13-hour days consisted of Cleansing, Pranayama, Meditation, Bandhas, Mudras, Teaching Practice, Anatomy & Physiology of Yoga Practice, Yoga Philosophy, Hatha Yoga/ Ashtanga and Mantra Recitation. This was a life changing experience.

I always work to cultivate an awareness of the breath whether I am teaching a strong Vinyasa flow practice, or a more restorative replenishing class. I believe that a truly rounded yoga practice should meet the physical, emotional and energetic needs of the student. I tailor my classes individually, practicing in the comfort of your home or location of your choice. Lessons can be scheduled regularly or on an ad hoc basis and are typically 60, 75 or 90 minutes long. Prices are determined by your location, and can be paid as single classes or purchased in blocks of 5 or 10 sessions.
